Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available in every city we ship to. You inspect the parcel and pay the rider in cash — nothing is charged before that.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar) usually receive in 2–3 working days. Smaller towns take 3–5 working days.

What are the delivery charges?

Standard delivery is Rs 200. Orders above Rs 5,000 ship free.

Can I pay in advance instead?

Yes. Select "Advance Payment" at checkout or message us on WhatsApp at +92 312 6994161 and we will share bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash details.

How do I track my order?

Once the parcel is handed to the courier we send you a tracking ID on WhatsApp and email. You can also enter your order number on the Track Order page at any time.

What if the watch is damaged or wrong?

Record a video while opening the parcel. If the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, send us that video within 7 days and we will replace it free of charge.

Can I return a watch I simply did not like?

We accept exchanges rather than refunds for change-of-mind cases, provided the watch is unused, unworn and in its original box, and you contact us within 7 days. Return shipping in that case is paid by the customer.

Are the watches original brand pieces?

Our watches are premium-build fashion timepieces inspired by iconic designs. They are not authorised products of the brands whose styles they resemble, and we never claim otherwise. What we guarantee is the build quality, the finishing and the movement.

Do you give a warranty?

Every watch carries a 6-month movement warranty. Battery, strap wear, water damage and physical damage are not covered.

Do you sell in bulk?

Yes — we supply resellers nationwide. Message us on WhatsApp for the wholesale rate list.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Not at the moment. We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
