1. Agreement

By browsing this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe every watch as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different between screens, and dimensions may vary by 1–2mm. Our watches are premium-build fashion timepieces inspired by well-known designs; they are not authorised products of those brands.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or run sales at any time. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any advance payment in full.

4. Orders and confirmation

Placing an order creates an offer to buy. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the address is incomplete, or the buyer has a history of refusing cash-on-delivery parcels.

5. Payment

Cash on delivery is our default method — payment is made in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. Advance payment via bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash is available on request through WhatsApp.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines given on this site are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes or public holidays are outside our control. Repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery parcels may result in your number being blocked from future orders.

7. Exchanges and warranty

Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced free within 7 days, provided you supply an unboxing video. Change-of-mind exchanges are accepted within 7 days if the watch is unused and in its original box, with return shipping paid by the customer. A 6-month movement warranty applies; battery, strap wear, water damage and physical damage are excluded.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, layout, photography and code — belongs to TIMORA WATCHES and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

Our liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
