Shipping charges

• Standard delivery: Rs 200 anywhere in Pakistan
• Free delivery on orders above Rs 5,000
• No hidden charges — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay

Delivery time

• Dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation
• Major cities: 2–3 working days
• Other cities and towns: 3–5 working days
• Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days

Courier partners

We ship through PostEx, TCS and Leopards depending on your area. You receive the courier name and tracking ID on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Tracking your parcel

Enter your order number on the Track Order page to see the live status. Once a tracking ID is generated, a direct link to the courier's own tracking page appears there too.

Exchange policy

We want you to be happy with your watch.

• Damaged, defective or wrong item: free replacement within 7 days — just send us the unboxing video.
• Change of mind: exchange within 7 days if the watch is unused, unworn and in its original box. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• We do not offer cash refunds on delivered orders; we offer replacements or store credit.

Please record an unboxing video

This is the single most important thing you can do. A continuous video from sealed parcel to opened box lets us process any claim in minutes instead of days. Without it we cannot verify transit damage.

Warranty

Every watch carries a 6-month movement warranty. Not covered: battery replacement, strap wear and tear, water damage, and physical damage from drops or impacts.

Order cancellation

You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched. Once the parcel is with the courier, cancellation is treated as a refusal — please avoid this, as repeat refusals result in the number being blocked.
